SHIPPING POLICY
- All shipments are originated from Los Angeles, California 90040
- Most of retail orders will ship same day or within 24 Hours. (Unless error on address or method of payment)
- Priority, Express and Overnight orders received by 1:00 PM (PST) will ship the same day (unless order is customized or large quantity (more than a dozen) will ship the following business day).
- Shipping charges will be calculated in the same shopping cart unless is noted below.
- Free shipping applies to retail orders over $30.00.

- Standard Shipping, via First Class Mail USPS (United State Postal Services), transit time 5 to 7 business day.
- Priority Shipping, via Priority Mail USPS (United State Postal Services), transit time 2 to 3 business day service depending on your location (some zip codes may take longer).
- Express Shipping, via Express USPS, transit time 1 to 2 business day service depending on your location (some zip codes may take longer)**.
- Next Business Day, via UPS or FedEx for next business day delivery by 4:00PM, some zip codes UPS and FedEx does not guarantee overnight service.
- Standard International, including Canada and Puerto Rico ship via USPS (United State Postal Services), transit time 5 to 15 days.
- Express International, depending on the destination Country, best rate and transit time will be calculated upon request via UPS, FedEx or DHL.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise within 10 days for an exchange or refund. For returns all credits for the merchandise purchased will be issued to the credit card used and exchanged merchandise will ship to you at no charge*.
* There will be a $5.00 handling charge for exchange/return of any free shipped order.
Please allow us 7-10 business days to receive and process your refund or exchange.

Re-pack the merchandise in the same package along with the invoice and instruction for return or exchange and mail back to the address below.
